23 Jan 2010Location: Angus Motel – 1004 E Robert Toombs Ave. Washington, GA Photos Taken: January 2010 The peeling paint and battered remains of what is the Angus Motel sign stand just a mile or so down the road from one of Georgia’s only Muffler Men. A 1 star motel with a 2.5 star sign.

19 Jan 2010Location: The Market Diner – 11th Avenue and 43rd Street, New York City Photos Taken: December 2006 More Information: NY Times Opened 1962. After an uncertain future, the Market Diner reopened in 2008 with a newly renovated facade. Gone is the beautiful vintage neon captured in these photos.
