I’ve read several sights claiming this to be the world’s tallest Indian. The Skowhegan Indian stands at a height of 62 feet. Made of wood, he stands watch over the town. Created by sculptor Bernard Langlais.

This blue LOVE sculpture by Robert Indiana was on display in town during the summer of 2009 while the Farnsworth Art Museum hosted: Robert Indiana and the Star of Hope.
