We’d stopped off at the Millbrook Diner for breakfast on one of our motorcycle rides in the fall of 2006. Their clock above the door reads: “Stop! Time to Eat” They’ve been slinging hash here since 1952. I had to go digging back through my photos but I knew I had one. Sadly I don’t remember much about the experience now. I guess that means I have to go back!

Opened 1962. After an uncertain future, the Market Diner reopened in 2008 with a newly renovated facade. Gone is the beautiful vintage neon captured in these photos.

Good food, friendly atmosphere. After passing it many times we finally stopped in for dinner in July of 2008. The owner was friendly and chatty, giving us a rundown of the fare for the evening. We’ll definitely stop in again.
